Wanda rolled her eyes at her twin's display of arrogance and ego. He really hadn't changed.
"{After hiding in Berlin for six months, I moved from city to city until France. I stowed away on a ship to New York, where I worked for a few years, until I came here. I'm living with a team of mutants; a group of people like us, brother. I belong there, with them. They've accepted me.}" she smiled at Pietro as she told him her story, "{I'm sure they'd let you in too! Then we can be together again! I'll speak to Magneto, and - perhaps you should put down the other gun.}"

Havok gave the man a disbelieving stare, before smirking and raising his eyebrow.
"Right." He said. He felt pretty confident that Wanda wouldn't let her brother shoot him, so he used their conversation time to look through the drawers on the ground. One that had come from Xavier's desk, the one he had been trying to get open, from the looks of it, had several folders in it. Each folder had a tab on the top to indicate what was inside each folder, and what the tabs read caught Havok's attention. Names. None familiar, but definitely worth a look.
He opened the first folder, which was labeled "Carosella, Guido." The papers inside revealed just who Guido Carosella was. A complete history of the man. Medical, occupational, educational, everything that would be needed to know. Another paper was inside the folder. Upon retrieving it, Havok realized that this was a medical report, made by Doctor Henry McCoy, giving full details as to the workings of Guido's mutant powers.
Magneto may have information like this already, but more than likely not in this kind of detail. This entire drawer needs to go to him.
He looked at the tops of the other folders, since there weren't that many, just to see who exactly was kept in this file.
Cassidy, Sean Logan Madrox, Jamie
Apparently, this file contained all of the school's teaching staff and faculty. He kept going.
MacTaggert, Moira McCoy, Henry Munroe, Ororo
When he read the name on top of the next folder, he was suddenly very glad that the twins were talking and not paying him any mind. The reason for this was that his face had gone abnormally pale, and his stomach had done a double-flip. The name on the folder was clear as day, and Havok felt as if he was about to throw up.
Summers, Scott
There's no way it's him. It can't be. He pulled out the first set of papers on Scott, only to be rewarded with confirmation of his worst fear. It was him.
Havok's brother was alive.
And he was an X-Man.

"{Hmm? Oh, alright. I'll put the toys away}," Pietro said.
He picked up the gun on the desk and clicked the safety back on with both of the weapons before holstering them at his belt.
"{What is this Magneto like?}"

"{Good idea.}" Wanda muttered, quickly glancing over her shoulder to see what her teammate was doing. Havok had set to work going through the drawers that she had lain scattered on the floor. Satisfied that he wasn't in any danger, she turned back to her twin.
"{Magneto is...}" she thought about the right words to describe the man she'd only met briefly that very day. "{He's a noble man. His goal is to improve life for mutants. I found myself afraid of him at first, but he was kind to me and took me in. One member of the team even told me he considered Magneto a father figure. I'm sure he'd take you in. Wouldn't it be wonderful if we could be together again, Pietro?}"
Wanda held her brother's arms. She looked at the guns he once held, then back at him. "{What are you doing here, anyway?}"

Havok read further into the file.
Codename: Cyclops
Havok couldn't believe it. Remy had been Cyclops during the White House incident. He had looked Remy right in the face during the ordeal and not even recognized his own brother's face.
His brother. The X-man. Anger gripped him. His brother was the enemy. His own brother had betrayed him. Left him behind to be cared for by humans. By humans who hated him. By humans who feared him. By humans who wanted to kill him.
I'd give anything to see him treated like that. He thought, before realizing that his wish had been granted only a few days ago.
Scott had been one of SHIELD's chief targets on this raid, so he was more than likely with them, now. Alex had made sure of it. It was his fault. For all he knew, Scott was dead, and it was all Alex' fault.
The anger was replaced by despair. His brother may have betrayed him, but he had betrayed his brother. He had dreamt of someday finding Scott, of the two of them fighting side by side against the humans. Those dreams, however, had been shot to Hell, and Alex was the one who pulled the trigger.
((If anyone can guess what I just did, I'd be very impressed with them.))

"{I will go wherever you wish, you know that,}" Pietro murmured.
They were the only ones who had ever really understood each other. Stood up for each other and protected each other. Except, Pietro thought with a small pain touching his heart, she had found others she could trust as well and he still had no one except her.
"{I was hired to come here and steal some files. Something about a machine called Cerebro.}"

Wanda smiled out of sheer happiness. "{When we're finished here, perhaps we can help you with your search.}"
She looked over her shoulder. "Have you found anything, Havok? Havok?!"

Havok was plummeting further into despair, the only thing saving him from total destruction was the sound of his name being called.
"Huh? Yeah, I found some stuff here. There's probably more in this office." He looked at Wanda's brother warily. He didn't trust the guy. Sure, he was Wanda's brother, but he had also threatened to shoot Havok, which never put a person in high standings with him.
"We need to search. I'm not sure about you."

Pietro arched an eyebrow, then looked at Wanda.
"{Are you sure you want to stay with these people? Ok, I know. I will behave. Mostly.}"
He turned his head to look back at Havok.
"It is highly doubtful you could stop me. I do have to eat, and failing to follow a job through leads to so much less work in the future. I will find what I came for and take it to my client."

Havok seemed unattatched in the psychological sense. It wasn't helping that her brother was slipping quickly into ego-mode. "Pietro..." Wanda said in a low, warning voice. She didn't want a fight to break out over her brother's arrogance. "{We'll discuss this later.}"
She looked at the pile Havok was going over. They were personal files. They were probably invaluable information. What she needed to do was find something to carry these files in. She began rooting around cabinets, thinking how unlikely it was that she'd find something. Upon opening a closet door, she found a small collection of suede book-bags hanging from hooks. She thought that unusual, but grabbed two nonetheless. "We should be taking as much as we can."

((Unattached in the psychological sense. That has to be the nicest way anyone has ever told me that I'm insane.))
"Agreed." Havok said, his mind struggling with his emotions over control of his body. He was doing a fairly good job of masking his emotional state from the pair, at least, judging from the way they were looking at him they didn't suspect anything.
"We'll just take everything in those bags." He knew that Wanda's brother "needed" something from these files, but Havok honestly didn't care about his needs. Whatever his client wanted could not possibly measure in value to what Magneto had planned for this information.

"{Discuss. That means you're mad at me already,}" Pietro sighed, then grinned before kissing her on the cheek.
"{But I still love you.}"
He utilised a burst of his superspeed to flick through the papers, making sure that they weren't the ones he needed. Then he walked over to a painting on the wall and took it down, revealing a wallsafe. Ignoring the other two, he unlocked it then opened it. Another quick flutter through the papers contained therein, and he took out two folders of infomation.
"Well, that's item one of the commission out of the way."
He took the paper out of the binders and folded them before placing them in a pouch on his belt.

"{You let too many things go to your head, brother.}"
Wanda began rifling through files until she found one that looked like the schematics of some sort of massive machine. The heading read 'Danger-Room'. This booklet intruiged her interest, so she slipped it into her bag.
As she stepped back, Wanda heard a crunch from under her foot. A small framed photograph that lay on the floor, now with the glass broken from the heel of her boot. Very carefully, she pulled the picture out of the rubble and swept any tiny shards away. The picture was a monochrome capture of two young men. One was bald and sitting in a chair, the other stood tall and proud by his side. They were both in uniform. The one standing looked strangely like her brother.
Out of curiosity, Wanda flipped it over and read the back. "Charles and Magnus - 1969" She stared at the picture for a moment until she heard her brother's voice again. She quickly stuffed the photo into her own pocket and looked at him as though nothing had happened.
"Then you are finished?"

"{But admit it, you missed me horribly. Despite everything.}"
Pietro smoothed his hair back from his face, watching her work through the room.
"Yes, I am done. What exactly are you looking for here?"

The heavy footfalls of his boots on the tiled floors announced his coming. It did not take much to find which way Havok and his party had gone, and before long Magneto approached his newly appointed officer. The look on his face did not betray any emotion, and he studied the younger mutant intently before speaking.
“Report, Havok. What have you found?”<br>
