A few uneventful minutes later, the group came to a staircase, which Havok started walking up, thinking full well that he had no idea where he was going. At the top of the stairs, however, he realized that he had been wrong.
He had haphazardly found his way to the teacher's dorms. Xavier's dorm would be here, along with Wolverine's, Beast's, Storm's, and Cyclop's. He didn't want to split the group up, keeping in mind Gambit's silent command to watch over the newcomers.
"We'll take the rooms one at a time, just in case SHIELD is still here." He said to them in a hushed whisper. No need to alert SHIELD of there presence, after all.

The Scarlet Witch followed Havok up the stairs and down the hall. She nodded in understanding at his orders, looking about cautiously at the mention of SHIELD.
She ran her hand over one particular door. The latch clicked without her touching it, and fell right off! Wanda took a step back, thinking she had done something wrong, and watched the door slowly swing open.

((er...I have bad drama memories associated with that name.))
Havok let Wanda walk to a door and try to open it, only to have her powers kick in. Acting swiftly, he moved next to her, ready to deal with anything that might mistake them for enemies. He wouldn't physically deal with them, not unless force was necessary, but he was there all the same.
The door opened to reveal nothing but an empty room. From a cursory examination of it, it seemed to be a normal room, if very large and spacious. Upon further scrutiny, Havok realized that they had hit the jackpot.
Xavier's office. Part of him wondered how the Professor managed to get to the second level of the Mansion, but the other part of him realized that he would have had this place made specifically for his own handicap.
Other than the desk, there seemed to be nothing that looked of importance in the room. Searching the desk would probably yeild some very interesting results, though. He walked towards the desk and around it, pulling on a drawer slightly, so as not to break anything.
Locked.
"You think your powers can unlock this?" He asked Wanda, wanting to give the newcomer a chance to try before he just melted the lock off.

Pietro silently moved through the mansion, distinctly irritated that he hadn't yet found the items he had been commissioned to retrieve. And to make it worse, there were people in the house now. He had slipped into the office, locking the door behind him, and started to get out his picks to unlock the drawer, when the lock on the door outside had fallen to the ground. Cursing briefly to himself in Romani, he looked around for somewhere to hide.
He climbed onto the table, then stretched up to touch his hands to the ceiling. He managed to get his special gloves to grip and swung up to put his knees and feet against the ceiling just before the door opened. He tried to breathe shallowly and silently, so they didn't look up. Not many people ever did.
There is nothing interesting here...you will leave...yes, you will go now so I can get back to my work.
He twisted his head slightly to look down as the man spoke, gazing down at the pair who entered the room. Brunette woman dressed in red. Tall man dressed in a black jumpsuit, not unlike the one he was wearing himself. The lean thief sighed noiselessly and settled in for a long wait.

"Of course." Wanda said with slight enthusiasm. She was just glad she could be of some use. Her ungloved hand glowed, and she felt an atmospheric change in the room. The lock on the drawer lost its hold, and the drawer flew open. The windows and filing cabinets blasted open as well.
She looked around the office, wondering what else could have been effected.

Her unasked question went very quickly answered.
Pietro's eyes widened in horror briefly as the grip on his gloves started to detach. He started to go for the climbing spikes on his belt with one hand so he could stay up, but gravity took over before he could. And for Pietro, that was more of a shock then anything else.
"Khul!"
The speedster landed flat on his back on top of the desk, something in his spine cracking almost audibly as he hit the hard wooden surface. A groan came from his mouth before he rolled off the table on the far side from the both, hands soon filled with two handguns. He tossed his head slightly to rid himself of the annoyance that was the two stubborn wisps of hair that insisted on hanging in his face, and clicked the safeties off.
"I wasn't expecting company on this job. Can we be sensible about this and the two of you both be very quiet while I get what I came for?"

Wanda gave out a short scream and whipped around, her long curly hair fanning out around her as she spun. The crash and the sound of someone groaning in pain had alerted her to whatever was behind her.
Apparently, her powers had caused a man to fall from the sky. Well, there was a first time for everything.
Wanda stared first at the guns in his hands, feeling a wave of panic crash over her. Then her eyes trailed up to his face as he spoke his threat.
And she couldn't stop staring.
There was just no way it was possible! No, this was some sort of trick! She thought he was gone! Forever! Dead, even! Never in a thousand years would she expect to see him here of all places. She couldn't help herself, though she denied everything her eyes were telling her. "{Brother?}" she uttered softly in her mother tongue as she stood and stared.

"{You're dead}," Pietro said numbly, staring at her.
"{I...Wanda...oh my god. You're here. You're really here.}"
The guns disappeared back into their holsters in a blur of metal before quicker then most people blinked, he was at her side and enfolding her in his arms. If there was dampness lingering on his eyes, it could be dismissed. ANd if it wasn't, one very twitchy speedster with little respect for anyone besides himself and his sister would see that it *was* ignored.
He cupped her face in his hands for a moment, looking into her eyes. Memorising every detail of her older face that he looked into now. He had missed so much...
"{I have missed you like you were my soul, sister. How did you escape?}"
He drew the gun at his belt and pointed it at Havok without noticeably looking away from her.
"Is he a problem? I can shoot him, if you want, Wanda."

Havok smiled slightly as Wanda's powers seemed to work. The smile faded somewhat when the drawer flew out of its socket along with every other drawer in the room. Only somewhat, though. The sight came close to making him laugh, and he had to concentrate so that he didn't.
The smile faded completely when a man fell from the ceiling, rolled over onto the other side of the desk and pulled two handguns on the pair too fast for Havok to completely follow.
"Now hold it." He started, raising his hands as if to show that he had no intention of harming the man. The gesture also served to get his arms in position for a plasma burst should it become necessary. Had the guy not been moving so fast, Havok would have already fired one to knock him out.
Then something strange happened. Both the guy and Wanda started talking to each other. In a foreign language. To say that Havok was confused would have been an understatement.
In an instant, he was hugging her. And Havok's confusion increased. Then the man drew a gun and pointed it at Havok.
"Me a problem. You're the one who fell from the ceiling and started hugging my teammate."

The safety went off with an audible click.
"I can move faster then you can think, so don't do whatever it is you're thinking of. So, drabarni pem, should I kill this gadjo? Or is he really a friend of yours?"
Pietro threw a contemptous look back at Havok, eerie grey eyes hard as steel. For a moment, he looked a lot like Magneto but that faded when he smiled at Wanda adoringly.
"Because I would hate terribly to find out you'd been mistreating my long lost but dearly loved twin. I might have to remove swatches of your skin very slowly for that. And it just makes such a mess."
((drabarni - sorceress, witch, powerful female. Pem - Sister. Gadjo - non-gypsy man))

"{I was strong, like you said, Pietro. I must have run for weeks.}" How she escaped didn't matter to her at the moment, though. Wanda squeezed her twin tightly, still not completely convinced it was really him, and not just some wonderful dream. "{I've died, Pietro. This must be heaven, knowing that you're here with me.}" she laughed into his shoulder. She admired his face and muscular physique. He was no longer lanky and scrawny, like when they were adolescents, and he looked so much more mature.
He reminded her, strangely, of her new commander, Magneto. She figured it was because of the white hair.
She was horrified, however, by the morbid threat of mutilation he was directing toward Havok. She grabbed Pietro's fist that held the gun and began pushing it away from her teammate. "Do not hurt him, brother. Havok and I are together." She very carefully took the gun away from him and set it on the desk.
What Wanda didn't realize were the alternative meanings behind that statement. She of course meant that they were working together.

Havok's face remained stern despite the very obvious and apparently very real threat. He was very relieved, though, when Wanda took the gun from the guy, but something he said caught Havok's attention.
Twin? He could see the resemblance, now that it was mentioned. Then Wanda spoke.
"Yeah, what she said." He confirmed about two seconds before what Wanda had said clicked in his brain.
"Wait, what did you say?!" From what she had said, it sounded as if he and her were together, as a couple. Though the thought wasn't exactly an unpleasant one, it was simlutaneously not a pleasant one. The thought of him and Wanda together made him feel...guilty. He couldn't explain why, it just did.

Wanda looked at Havok strangely. Sure, she knew her English wasn't perfect, but she knew what she said, and she meant to say it. "I said that we are together. We are on the same side, yes? That is what I meant."

Havok nearly gave a sigh in relief. Her brother had a gun to Havok's head. The last thing he needed was her getting him riled up.
"In that case, what she said."

Pietro's eyebrows arched dramatically at the interchange, and he shot a patented 'brother protecting his sister's virtue' look at Havok.
"I would *hope* so. I don't think you are at *all* suitable for my sister."
Or anywhere good enough, American. But, I must admit, I don't think anyone is good enough for my sister.
He turned his head away from Havok in a deliberate snub.
"{How did you get to America? If I'd known...Wanda...where did you *go*?}"
