Christine hummed quietly. She hoped she wasn't going to be like her Mum's boyfriend, Sean, and end up looking like a lobster. They both had the same fair skin that tended to burn.
OOC: for those uninitiated - Sean is Sean Cassidy, commonly referred to as Banshee. Moira and Sean are a canon couple in the comics

Kurt teleported out of thin air and did a cannonball into the pool, splashing everyone around him. Swimming up to the surface, he lauged at the annoyed faces his friends were shooting his direction.
"Hallo! Nice day for a svim, eh?" He grinned devilishly and began doing the back stroke through the pool, leaving a trail of blue fur as he went. Making a mental note to clean the water out later, lest Xavier have one of his little...."talks" about personal hygene, Kurt swam closer to the others, dropping in on their conversation.

Christine gave Kurt a look. "Well.. maybe I should take a hint and get in the water.. otherwise.. lobster.." With that she shed the shirt and dove into the pool, intent on dunking Kurt.  |
