I also have a digital donkey but I figure that an image of Guido and his ass probably stretch the bounds of good taste. As it has stretched more than that. OOooo....sorry someone might want to get some reindeer... FOR THAT SLAY!!!

Eh, I don't mind being as active as I am, I hope that Maddie's doing ok.
There was a BIG problem on another board she was on, with her brother "Nights". I didn't even know she was on the board until it hit the fan. Her brother was kicked off the site, and I hadn't seen her since. But it was good to see she logged in recently.
I wouldn't mind getting involved in more stories, but even if I weren't a loner, and even an canon, its hard breaking in sometimes.

Wow, I somehow had three pages to catch up on. There are a lot of really good ones. The one with Beast reading something on one hand is really nice. It looks like as you get used to this more and more your pictures are going a lot more narrative-like the one where Callie is all fan girly over Remy or the one where you aren't sure if she's glomping or about to rip Kenny in two with those gloved claws.
The last one with Wanda was exquisite.

Yeah, that's a very good observation really. I'm sort of transitioning from going "How do I make something that looks like <a particular character> in terms of attributes alone" to thinking of them as actors and trying to broaden what it is they're trying to communicate. They're a lot more in motion now...thanks in part to a little bit of learning in animating and the sort of continuing narrative I have running in the thread with Christine.
As for characters breaking in....I totally agree and it's something I think a lot about. More on that later. I need to run for a bit.

Gotta say that I love all the pics with Gambit lately. The one with Psylocke captured a scene that I've been findin' really entertainin' to write, and the one with Callie killed me.
De character be a fangirl as well. I be right famous. ;D
All the pictures have been amazing lately, but I'm especially enjoyin' the snapshots taken right from the pages of X(r)E.

Not really. Fangirls can be a problem sometimes.
Most times.
All the time.
Glad I don't have any anymore. ;D

Toad (and the twins) proves that Beast doesn't know what he's talking about. Eeeeexactly!

Hee, that's awesome! And Wanda is just gorgeous.
Hey Beast, ever looked into a DeviantArt account? I don't really know anything about it, but it might be something to check out if you need more space. I'm sure someone here has one and knows more about it.

Also, a note:
I am not short. Everyone else is just freakishly tall.

Well, it turns out that the lighting I used to dramatically darken her eye and make her slightly sinister in two dimensions worked against me in three. I should have turned shadowing off. Oh, well. Live and learn and hopefully kick butt next time. I would also animate her left hand if I had to do it over.... which....(witch?)....as it turns out....I do.

Jury's still out for me on the sparkles, but I do like the idea that it shows she's doing something and it's wicked having all those things moving in 3D.
Eventually, I'll get to something more than the Matrix-style spin, but so far I just love seeing them from different angles like a hologram so that's where these things go.
