So I'm thinking.... Gambit sure is being helpful. But he's a selfish, egotistical so-and-so. And, in typical admin fashion what he had to say was really more rules than helpful tips anyway, but still.... He must want something. What could it possibly be? I thought about it all afternoon but I can't think of what it might be. Oh, well. I'm sure it will come to me. Y' disappear fo' a week or so, an' look what y' miss. Beasty boy, I be insulted! Okay, reviving a thread because I can, heh.
Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, children of all ages, we do have two other sections on the board - a section for events that have happened in the past (where, for example, we could see how our Scott relives the incident that triggered his powers to get stuck on, or we could see Logan's early days in Alpha Flight before he got tapped by Xavier to join the Xers.) and a section for events that could have been (for example, what if Bobby managed to convince Callie to join the Xers or what if Sabertooth hadn't killed his own child).
It could give you something to do - something to play with while waiting for a thread or a scene in a main plot that you could work yourself into (provided that it's not a private thread and if it makes sense for your character to be there)
