Christmas Jones...Strawberry Fields....It's rather obvious a man writes these stories.

Oh Yes, Moneypenny was always pretty boss. Shame Samantha Bond isn't going to come back... But she makes a good case though. How Lois Maxwell went from a romantic foil to 'Aunty Lois' in one Bond transition...
And I agree, some of the names are amazing. But it can be hit and miss, you've got to admit...
*readies another barb aimed at Denise Richards*
Christmas?
*sigh*

Nobody's forgotten Pussy Galore right? Ian Fleming was a pervert.

I try to forget it.. makes enjoying the already pretty chauvinistic Bond films much easier.

Sometimes it's fun to watch movies where you don't have to think too hard.

Boy movies are the best for that. :3
Sometimes I think it's because they can't handle extended narrative.

.. I was going to try and come up with a boy movie that really couldn't be labeled that way..but I am failing.
Then again I'm not always in the mood for a mushy Chick flick either.. I like Epics.. and Adventures...
Probably my favorite movie of 08 was Australia, I must own that one right there. Definitely.

I'm a poor Aussie. I haven't even seen it. Lately it's been horror with me. Ever seen Reanimator? Fun times! Buckets of blood, lurching corpses and a scientist who thinks he's god. ...reminds me of a few things going on around here, actually.

I haven't seen that but I watched Event Horizon last night. Sam Neill will never be the same in my eyes again. Which is really sad coz childhood me idolizes Dr. Allen Grant and considered him my surrogate father. xD I was a strange child. Dr Grant was my dad and Han Solo was my boyfriend (:
Australia is definitely worth the view/rent what-have-you. I really adored the movie <3

Han Solo is an awesome boyfriend. I like Indiana Jones too. Even if I was less then impressed by Crystal Skull...

Ooh yes, we love Indy too.
And... Crystal Skull is not included in my mind's definition if Indiana Jones.. there are only 3. Like Star Wars. Those other 3 are just wannabes. (Even if I own them all xD)

Lol! Good way to look at it.
Besides, Indiana Jones should obviously fight Nazis, not Communists. That's just part of the whole Indiana Jones thing. And aliens is just *wrong*.
