"Yeah" Matt answered quiety from the sink, almost inaudibly. "Ya might wanna go upstairs or somethin'. I'll ask what happened then come tell ya or somethin' like that. If you' feelin' it like this from 2 or 3 people this far away, a whole mansion full o' mourners ain't can't be good for ya."

"I don't know. I think I can block it for a time...I've been practicing, but it's only for ten minutes tops." she said, managing a faint smile. "I think they're getting closeer now." she added, as an afterthought.
She sighed. "I think I'll be alright. We should go see what's going on when they get back. Then I'll go hide in my room." she said, "But thanks for the offer." she added.

"A'right, if your sure." he said with a shrug. After she spoke again he answered "Ya'r welcome. Just be careful. I think I'm gonna head up to my room till they get here. Talk to ya later."
He walked toward the door. Little did he know that in less than an hour he'd get stuck cleaning up Gambit's 'mess' in the bathroom.

She sighed, shaking her head. This was all just too confusing.
She cleared her area, then went to wait outside, knowing that when they returned she'd have to put up her shield. SHe had to rest her mind a bit in the meantime.

"K, see ya." Matt said, walking to the large stairway in the main foyer while Larza stepped toward the front door. He quietly made his way up the stairs to take a quick break.
