Okay, now I'm not sure what's creeping me out more...Blob-cake or Reyna-hamsters.
Also, don't be surprised if at some point in the near-future, I scream "THIS IS A MADHOUSE! A MAAAAADHOOOOUUUSE!!"

Blob-cake's creepier.
Anyone care which thread I hop into? Or do I get to roll a die and let randomness decide?

Hee! That's awesome!
So I'm back! Are we still doing the same thread or have we branched all out and stuff? Point me in the right direction and I'll post ASAP!

Blargh. I'll get on it. I've been in the hospital for tests and it's taken way longer than I thought it would to bounce back. And I'm still not right.
Damn it, I want to be a cyborg. At this point, I'd just about settle for being a brain in a jar as long as I could still get on the internet.

Yeah, me too. I blame the many vials of blood they took - vampires, I tells ya. Vampires.

Isn't Jubes a vampire in the comics now? Or am I making that up? I haven't read one in a very long time.

Haha, I have no idea. After Civil War, I threw my hands up in disgust and started spending on manga instead.

I love new stuff. Everyone just stands around awkwardly, not looking at each other. XDYou're right...! The pizza count depends on whether or not Guido shows up. Lightweights. There's an art to putting away Italian food. Speaking of comic misfortunes, I died. I got better, but Layla misplaced my soul somewhere. And Rahne gave birth to some demon wolf thing! X-Factor is a VERY interesting book. I never thought I'd see life in this place again. I popped in from time to time to go over some old favorite threads with a mixture of joy and sadness. Joy remembering all the fun I had here, and sadness at never seeing my online "family" again. It does my heart good to see everyone. Update on real life for anyone interested: I now have a shiny new 2-month old daughter to add to the collection of two squirrelly boys. We're done, before anyone asks. Measures are being taken later. I'm two-thirds through a master's degree in library science and archive studies, and hoping all the time, money and effort spent on it will lead me out of the soul-sucking job I have now. We'll see.

*gasps* breathing space. Congrats, Guido! I'll be having a little girl myself in mid-August, so any advice you can give me will be appreciated. Seriously. I'm drowning here. Last time I checked (which was about a week ago) Jubes was, in fact, a vampire. How she got that way I have no idea. How long she'll stay that way, I'm willing to take bets. Also, please note that I gleaned this information from a comic cover and didn't actually read the comic, but I was fairly certain that it was a canon non-AU title. Is Peter David still doing X-Factor? I haven't been able to keep up for a few years now. Other than seeing comics when I go to buy some other aspect of geeky nerd-dom, I don't think I've bought a new one myself in close to a year. And those were back-issues of David's original run on the title.

There's an art to putting away Italian food. It really is. I've been reading it since about the time that Rahne met up with the Wolfman and Jamie fought the sorcerer and made out with Layla and Guido got shot in the chest and..and...and... It only hurts a little. That's what they told me.
