Wanda Maximoff never asked to be a princess, the daughter of the king. She didn't plan to be his favorite, the one who most easily got his attention and the desires of her heart.

Personality: Rich girl. Yuppie. High Society. Nothing is more important to Wanda than her face and clothes. She is sweet and pleasant---until she doesn't get what she wants. Then she'll become a fuming child, stamping her feet and cursing like a sailor. She will scheme and ploy, plot and plan against anyone or anything that gets in the way of what she has her eye set on. For just under that ever smiling, ever joyful personality lies a dark heart filled with mischief and all the time and ability in the world to get away with it.
Detailed Description of Powers: Scarlet Witch can create "Hex-spheres". Obtained through gestures, perhaps words, and mental concentration, these pockets of shifted probability give her the ability to warp natural events into the supernatural. Spontaneous combustion, rusting of metals, stopping objects in flight, bending, cracking, psychokinetic like movement, disappearance, energy, loss of gravity, and any limitless number of things could happen. Truly it ends up with the worst possibility for her enemies, if all works as planned. She has a fair amount of control over it, but that is not stemming from her mutation itself. The control comes from her training with the forces of magic. That is where the training ends though. She has no sorcery like skills, her magic only lets her control her mutation. With this training she can concentrate and produce a specific effect, but it is this kind of strain that can also bring about the downfall of her powers. When she is stressed or has overused her powers there is a chance that the power will backfire. This could perhaps end with nothing, or something that undoes a previous "Hex", maybe even resulting in something negative to Scarlet Witch herself. When well rested and able to concentrate she can create several spheres in succession and the effects can last for several hours before the true reality seeps back in and repair whatever can be. This leaves her with great potential but at a price and at an equally great risk.

Hobbies: Shopping, Tennis, Horseback riding, Yachting, and the occasional game of Crochet.
Other: Wanda has an obsession with the occult. She is no goth child who sits in their room with dark colored clothing and the book on "witchery" from a chain bookstore. No, she will often go to great lengths, using her father's considerable wealth to fund her search for the most arcane of work. She has even dedicated a room somewhere in the sub-basement of the castle to her "experiments", a mystical laboratory of sorts. The work that happens there is rather a mystery as she is oddly secretive about it under her bubbly and sharp personality.
Birth Place: Mt. Wundagore of Transia, where they now own a summer cottage.
Bio: Wanda had always been groomed by her father to be a wealthy girl. Her youth was spent, not playing games of tag and rolling in the mud, but learning which fork to use and how to cross her legs properly. Such arduous tasks were a small price to pay though for getting everything her heart desired. Such affluence left her petty and vain though.

She was her father's favorite, and her father was the leader of the free world. So, naturally, she thought she was the world's favorite too and hearing anything but made her very angry. And none wanted Wanda angry.

She had been a troubled girl though. Her power's knack for warping reality made her rather dangerous. So, dangerous that her ability to change reality seemed to make her father very nervous. And it seemed none could help the poor thing gain control. It seemed, for a time, that even all of Magneto's expansive fortune and estate could not find any to help even the most privileged of daughters.

Then came Agatha Harkness, a strange and kindly old woman who had an instant connection with Wanda. It was as if the old crone had known Wanda for the girl's entire life, though none of that seemed to bother Agatha.

So, using her considerable mystical training, she taught Wanda how to focus her powers using magical techniques. Wanda soon learned an impressive amount of control over her impressively out of control powers.

Agatha has since been the only creature on this planet that has ever been truly close with Wanda. She may pay lip-service to her doting father, but she truly loves her Aunt Agatha.

Now she spends her days going to parties and having her pictures taken by the media frenzy. She lives the pampered life. She is an heiress to Magneto's fortune. Her sister takes all the responsibility of succession and leaves Wanda all the fun.

And that suits her just fine.
