The reasons for her relearning were lost with most of her memories. But whatever her offense, she had been targeted for mindwipe and the removal of her mutant gifts.
The ultimate punishment. Made human. No more than a slave at best. Just as likely left to die.
Someone had saved her from it. They had placed her where she would be found. Retraining took many steps and hers was not completed. What they took, she did not know. What they left, she could not believe. And though she knew little of who she was...where she came from...her mind would heal. Some lost memories would return with time.
