She was three when the words of the oracle changed her life. The words brought fear of what she might do. The child of two races, she was neither...and each came to fear she would destroy them.

She was not human. She was not cat. And she was not merely mixture of the two. She was mutant and she could adopt the role of either at her whim. It made her invisible to all of them.

The warning frightened them. She was cast out of the Savage Land, the prophecy carved into a pendant around her neck.

Found by Nick Fury, she was raised among humans. As a human, she would fight for them. As a cat, she was out of control.

Now the humans were all but destroyed. Each day she pondered the words on the pendant. Each night she dreamt of her true home.

With nowhere left to run, she leads them back to where she came from.
