Carl Denti was not pleased with how his current business relationship worked between him and his regular buyer. The arrangement was that he would go to the abandoned Oscorp Warehouse No. 63, put an X made out of masking tape on one of the windows, then return 24 hours later. Sometimes, somebody would be waiting for him in the shadows and tell him in person who he was being commissioned to acquire. Other-times, Denti would just find a package with half of his payment in cash, and a file on the certain individual for acquisition.
This arrangement gave the buyer too much control for Denti's liking. He always entered the warehouse with some concealed weapons and gadgets made by Phineas, just in case there was a trap set for him. He would stop putting up that X altogether if not for two things: This buyer payed better than almost anyone else who commissioned him, and the first time Denti had met one of the buyer's "representatives" had been when he opened the door to his well-kept secret hideout, and found the representative waiting for him, with a job, and future contact information.
Denti didn't like it, but if he rubbed this buyer the wrong way, he'd probably get rubbed out in his sleep. All he could do was survive every job, collect and launder the money, and wait for the buyer to make a mistake. Then Denti would be the one doing the rubbing out.
Today was a package day. He opened the brown envelope, pocketed the large bills of Imperial Dollars, and took a look at the file and photos gathered for his neediness to know.
He was going to have to pay Phineas another visit. This job was going to require some heavy equipment.
