Henry was anxious as he sped back to the lab. The television interview had seemed to take forever, and the handshaking, the niceties, the photo ops had taken even longer. He knew it was well-protected. There wasn't any reason his duplicates couldn't handle whatever was happening there, but cheerfully delaying his attention to the alarms that buzzed his cell phone amounted to excruciating torment.
Thankfully, Emma sensed this and she encouraged him to step out quietly while she and Callie finished up making whatever arrangements, statements or apologies would be needed. It no longer mattered to Henry.
What mattered was what was happening at his home.
