Remy simply nodded at his two fellow mutants, his dangerous gaze fixed on Lilandra.
“Sure. Besides, if I stick aroun’ here wit’ her fo’ much longer, she’s gonna have a reason ta use dat gun,” he replied, his voice steady, with a threatening tone. Finally turning away, he placed a hand on Christine’s lower back, to lead her out the front door.
“So, petite, where you wanna go?” he asked, trying to sound positive, but failing miserably.

"Well... where do you Yanks go to get a decent pint?" she asked, looking up. She pulled out her cards. "Legal," she said, holding up various cards to indicate she was telling the truth.

Lilandra nodded at Guido. "Well.. exactly who is in charge here that I need to see?" She kept her hand rested on her gun. It wasn't that she didn't trust them - but it never hurt to be careful.

Remy grinned at Christine’s suggestion, as he lead her toward the garage.
“Well, dis place ain’t no N’awlins, but I got connections,” he said mysteriously, as he located his motorcycle. Holding a helmet out to her, he continued, “I hope de mode o’ transportation be suitable.”<br>

"Never been on one before," she said, fastening the helmet on. "But there's a first time for everything. Where we headed or is it a surprise?" She paused. "And Remy... thanks."

(OOC: If you don't want me here, I'll delete this, but...seems fun. ^.^)
Larza wandered into the entry area, and stopped in the doorway, watching the scene unfold without giving her presense away. Untill, however, the strange woman was let in. Then she fully entered the room, nervously re-ajusting her gloves.
She stood off to the side still, unsure of wether to speak or not, and if so, what to say.
She finally settled on speaking to Guido.
"You want me to go find Magneto or Wolveriene?" she asked quietly, standing behind him, so he hadn't seen her, or at least she didn't think he had.

'Magneto... the name sounds familiar,' Lilandra thought, shaking the chill off her from how the Cajun mutant treated her. It wasn't her fault she was acting this way - she had to get the Phoenix to help.

“Don’ mention it, petite,” Remy replied, giving Christine a winning smile, before strapping his own helmet on, and settling on the bike.
“Course it be a surprise! Now jus’ hold on tight, an’ when I lean, lean wit’ me, okay?” he said, waiting for Christine to sit down, before revving the bike.
Takin’ girls out on de town becomin’ a habit, ain’t it homme?

"Will do," Christine said, climbing on behind him. She slid her thin arms around his waist and placed her helmeted head against the small of his back.

"Yeah, Larz. Why dontcha see if ya can find Logan, Mags, Storm and tha Doc. I'm sure they'll all wanna talk to our guest here."
He indicated the parlor adjoining the foyer.
"Why dontcha take a load off, Skipper. We'll have tha heads of the household out here in a bit."

"Thank you," Lilandra said politely, letting the mutant escort her into the parlor. She walked over to a chair, and perched on the edge of it.

Guido seated himself uneasily in the armchair across from Lilandra. He felt extremely awkward.
Never talked to an Admiral before. Never talked to an alien before, either. How the heck am I supposed ta carry on a conversation here? Not like I can ask her if she saw tha Bills game.
"So. Uh, yer from outer space, then?"

Lilandra nodded. "Chandilar, to be precise about my original homeworld," she said, placing her helmet on her lap. "You might say I'm the family rebel - with good reason. I'm the baby of the family. It's D'Ken, my sister Cal'Syee, and myself."

"Ah," Guido said. "Chadilar. So, uh, what direction is that?"
He winced as Lilandra arched an eyebrow in amusement.
Stupid question. Yer an idiot.
"Heh. Just kiddin'. It take ya very long ta get here?"

"Three months your time," she said, rubbing her hands together. "Of course, a lot of said time was spent either planning what I was going to do once I found Phoenix and convince her to return and avoiding my brother's attention. My brother is insane - and all too powerful. I believe the only person who has a chance of beating him *is* Phoenix."
